Prior to joining RMI, Amelia spent 10 years in the healthcare, affordable housing, and workforce development spaces in diverse environments ranging from startups to government. In these roles, she led communications efforts to simplify complex topics to help laypeople and professionals understand issues, their importance, their causes, and their possible solutions.
