This series is designed to help industry professionals tackle complex retrofit projects with confidence. Tailored for professionals in engineering, real estate, and technology, this training series will equip participants with the tools and knowledge to drive practical, cost-effective low-carbon retrofits in large buildings.

This informational webinar seeks to convene a new C-PACE Clean Construction Materials Cohort, launching in 2025. The session provides an overview of the cohort structure, goals, and participation benefits, while making the case for why embodied carbon should be integrated into C-PACE financing. It offers attendees a foundational understanding of how embodied carbon can fit within the scope of C-PACE programs, highlights emerging policy and market drivers, and outlines pathways for launching near-term pilot projects with RMI’s technical guidance and support.

Building on the momentum from our first two webinars, episode 3 of the Shoonya Webinar Series will focus on the critical role of charging infrastructure in accelerating India’s electric mobility transition. As electric vehicle (EV) uptake rises across ride-hailing, delivery, and personal use segments, charging networks are emerging as a central enabler—shaped by their availability, accessibility, and reliability.

This closed-door panel discussion will bring together financial institutions for a robust panel discussion and audience Q&A. A diverse panel of four senior leaders across finance will explore the current landscape of transition assessment practices, their limitations, and emerging best practices for understanding corporate transition-related investment plans, business strategies, and dependencies to effectively inform decision-making.
